Aly is a neurodiverse first-generation college student, military spouse, and Woman of color in Tech. She has a passion for making change, not just making voices heard. When she isn’t working with customers her focus is on the DIBs committee. As someone with invisible illnesses (ADHD, PTSD, Celiac, and others) this is an important part of her work. Her goal is to help create environments that are truly inclusive where each person feels that they belong, are respected, and have the opportunities they want & need to reach their goals.
She is currently pursuing a degree in Organizational Leadership with a focus on diversity and inclusion. Outside of the office, she focuses on helping historically ignored groups i.e. First Gen college students, Women of color, military spouses, disabled (all of which she belongs to) break into Tech through non-technical roles with or without degrees.
